Event Coordinator (BTL)Integration Communication

We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to organize the extraordinary event. The goal is to organize unforgettable events that will ensure the entertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of business objectives.
You will liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs.
Job Description
Experience in finding and negotiating with vendors for the event.
Find an appropriate location for the event.
Propose and maintain a budget for the event.
Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
Coordinating the internal teams & suppliers to ensure the output quality & timelines.
Hire the correct staff to work the event.
Provide ongoing reports to account team & client.
Assist Finance Department with client and vendor invoicing;
Job Requirement
Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality or related field;
A minimum of 1-2 years experience as an event coordinator in an event agency is required;
Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese;
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines
Ability to coordinate with different vendors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should have strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment;
Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
Prefer male or female but can withstand pressure.
