Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate copywriter who love to be a storyteller/story-seller and deeply understand the relationship between the brand and its consumers and evolving this through both online and offline content. Copy is your comfort-zone, but you've got a well-rounded knowledge of the broader industry-social media, usability, online marketing, and traditional advertising. This role will take over of the entire content creation process, from conducting the requisite research to drafting the assigned amount of output according to established quality standards.

Key Accountabilities (2)

Create Vietnamese/English content for each specific advertising/campaign/product
Develop ideas and content for external/internal publications on multiple online platforms, such as articles in press, websites, email marketing, social media platforms and [protected info] POSM such as brochure, leaflet, poster for branch and events
Summarize and compile documents that need to be revamped, then participate in the revamping according
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
Adopt and develop brand's voice & tone across various mediums and channels, based on understanding of target customer requirements, products, business goals and relevant content/branding principles
Update, research about competitors' content deployment directions, propose content ideas that suit customer insights, social trends and banking industry

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

CONTENT SKILLS - storytelling, social - culture understanding, correct grammar - spelling, multimedia techniques, visual art, IT skills for media - content production.

SOFT SKILLS - High level communication skills, high responsibility, artistry and creativity, analytical skills, time management skills, ability to collaborate, professional flexibility, passion and enthusiasm for ideas, confidence in presentation skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment, open-mindedness and a willingness to accept feedback and make changes to content.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

College degree or equivalent and minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of Print Ads, Article, Interview, Video story line, script, speech, show's script, taglines...
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to held self and others accountable for high-quality, timely, and effective results.
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high-level and consistent work ethic in all work-related duties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
