Mô tả công việc:
F&B Attendant are served to the hotel's standard in the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge areas. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas.
MAIN DUTIES
To serve food and drinks in accordance with standards procedures, ensure the quality, arrangements, sanitation, observe and timely meet guests' requirements.
Check the work station to assure that furniture, fixtures and equipment are under well condition and sufficient in quantity.
Communicates to his/ her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures.
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to restaurant standards.
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
Check dishes for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.

Full Salary & monthly Service Charge in probation period.
Meal allowance in probationary period.
Support to relocation allowance by ranks.
Home Visit allowance

Uniforms are provided according to Hotel standards.

At least graduated high school. Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Fair English communication skill.
Good communication and Guest service skills.
Active listening and effective communication skills.
Attentiveness and patience for customers.
Active listening skills and Team spirit.
