Mô tả công việc
• In charge of factory production, engineering and logistics (planning, store and import-export), reporting directly to General Director
• Planning and implementing production plan, ensuring progress delivery.
• Direct monitor in process of production, solve productive problems if they happen
• Researching into improving productivity, product quality, reducing production cost.
• Working in co-ordination with the production managers & supervisors, product Engineers to achieve Optimum Production; Fulfilling the Quality Pre-requisites.
• Managing and controlling the raw material, input material and output production and finish goods.
• Using production assistance tools (6S, Preventative Maintenance, Visual Management, etc...) in production.
• Manage the Engineering and production dept to achieve high quality of product, less customer complaint and yield improvement activity as company requirement.
• Quality target for customers
• Manage the Logistisc dept. to minimize stock level, FIFO implementation, low cost, continuous production and meet 100% DOT as company requirement/target
Yêu cầu
• Sex: Male
• Age: more than 38 years old.
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Have experience in management more than 5 years
• Have experience in Manufacturing environment about 10 years
• Have strategy view point and long term plan mindset
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership and result oriented, fast learning
• Good verbal, presentation, negotiation and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Have deep practical knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001. Knowing well about IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Good communication in English
