RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to Chief Accountant and Finance Head/CFO of Company;
Maintain accounting records and supervise accounting processes for all transactions of group companies (one parent company plus 2 subsidiaris);
Revaluate tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts;
Update customer and supplier database (price & terms) and calculating financial impact on an annual basis;
Manage day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with the VAS and tax regulation, and company's policies and procedures;
Ensure compliance with tax regulation including submitting all tax reports (CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT, etc.) correctly and timely;
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements (on separate and consolidation basis), and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards and timeline;
Support Chief Accountant to liase with Investor Relation team to provide relevant, timely and accurate information and review on business performance (business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations) and to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice;
Liaise with company bankers, auditors, investors, lawyers and tax inspectors when necessary (under assignment of CFO and Chief Accountant);
Build, interact and maintain relationship with sales team (internal & partners) for monthly reconciliation purpose, plus accounting/finance teams of big clients for timely collection;
Support Chief Accountant to prepare cashflow and working capital of the company;
Work with the ERP system team (Bravo) to design and implement accounting processes.
Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop by training a team of accounting professionals;
Perform other duties related to accounting/finance, as and when required.
