Overall financial and accounting reporting both statutory and management reports, analysis and planning
· Experience in manufacturing accounting
Ensuring compliance with local statutory accounting requirements
Treasury and cash flow planning
Coach and develop the accounting and finance team and monitor individual performance
Analyze operation and relevant costs, provide proactively recommendation to enhance operation cost effectiveness and competitiveness
Manage and lead an experienced, diverse team to improve existing process and help the business meet strategic and financial objectives
Budget and forecasting
Compliance with Group policy

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Male or female
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Master's Degree will be advantage.
· Minimum of 3 - year experience in accounting, finance and taxation (with at least 2 years at the managerial level) in multifunctional or manufacturing companies is preferable
· Having experience in ERP (especially SAP is advantage)
· Having experience in Hyperion will be an advantage
· Strong planning and business analytical skills, service-minded, open-minded, result-oriented and proactive
· Strong leadership, ability to manage professional staff
· Loyal, mature, and hard-working
· Able to work under pressure and timeline
· Fluent in English communication
