Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
10+ years of financial management experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or service-based industry.
Experience working in an SME environment, managing finance functions independently.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities.Knowledge of revenue recognition, pricing models, and project-based financial management.
Experience with cash flow optimization, cost control, and budgeting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and financial reporting tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
