Finance Manager Manufacturing Division (Working in Ha Tinh/hai Phong)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & Financial Control Manager to oversee financial performance analysis and cost control for our automobile manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial data analysis, cost control, or financial performance management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial data analysis to support decision-making in manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement financial control strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Oversee financial performance monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting for the manufacturing division.
• Prepare and develop financial forecasts, financial models.
• Design and maintain data-driven reporting systems (dashboards, KPIs, cost analysis reports).
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction through in-depth data analysis.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy and financial transparency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
* Business Partnering: provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
* Process Improvement: Setup process, identify and implement process
* Inventory Management: Oversee the financial aspects of inventory management, including inventory valuation, cycle counting, and obsolescence analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
