Finance Manager

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Leading financial reporting function which include various analysis on company's financial position
• Overseeing the establishment of the standard costings, cost allocation basis and methodology used to ensure the proper pricing for targeted profit
• Monthly reviewing the appropriateness on the standard costs allocation and conducting variance analysis on the material spending, acquisition, volume to assess whether the current costing scheme is relevant to desired operating profit and the use of fixed overhead is at its full capacity;
• Analyzing the return on investment in capital expenditure acquisition, expected return period, optimal option to acquire the fixed assets and how the assets should be utilized to achieve its best outcome;
• Ensuring all tax returns (CIT, VAT, PIT and FCT), transfer pricing documentations prepared and methodology used in determining pricing, and other statutory reports are produced accurately and timely
