Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the financial operations of the company. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies, overseeing forecasting and cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in reporting growth and profitability by providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. In addition, the Finance Manager will be responsible for training and building a high-performing accounting team.
1. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.
2. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that budgets are aligned with business goals and objectives.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
4. Take key role in implementing COA and SOP in business especially in finance aspect.
5. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.
6. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.
7. Oversee the procurement and management of financial resources, including investments and funding.
