Upcoming scope of work

Provide customer support through live chat, email, phone, Facebook, or other online channels
Liaise with Engineering team (Software Engineers/Testers to solve customer technical issues
Contribute to building our online help center - including writing, producing short videos, and other content formats in English
Support customers in setting up the system - including guidance on using the product, support in creating or importing critical setup data, etc.
Interview or survey customers to understand their pain points, expectations, and needs.
Coordinate with our Product team to improve our product based on user feedback

Possible career path

Senior Customer Support/Customer Success Executive

Qualifications

Fresh graduated or 4th-year students (able to work full-time)
Healthy command of English (listening, reading, writing, reading)
