Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that eliminate waste, reduce lead time, and improve productivity and business performance
Leverage expertise in lean principles to drive execution and achieve target metrics
Act as a coach for Kaizen/5S and apply sustainable models to create a continuous improvement environment
Actively propose plans to improve warehouse operations
Draw up project plans and dependencies, and communicate across involved parties to align everyone on scope and timeline
Estimate and control the department's budget
Build SOPs for every task
Optimize space utilization in the warehouse and lead any changes in warehouse layout
Analyze and reduce damaged, expired, or missing items.
Contribute to building a more effective KPI policy and ensure it benefits the business
Coordinate with BA and Tech to enhance system features
Coordinate with other functions (HR, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, CS,..) to seek solutions for achieving key metric targets
