JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Content Creator, you will scripting and recording valuable videos of products from Ecommerce Brands on short-form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels,...). You will expected to create engaging content that keeps the audience engaged. You will be responsible for implementing best-practices for social media content creation, which include engaging hooks and quality content that keeps people watching and wanting more.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Marketing team to make social content strategy about brand products of company.
Scripting and making high-quality videos for short-form platforms such as TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels,...
Researching new trends and best practices from TikTok to create content and optimize channels.
Participating and facilitating brainstorming sessions.
Working with global creators to make high-quality contents for brand products of company.
You need to achieve in 2 months probation: having viral videos and qualifying channels for brands.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (Writing and Reading), with an IELTS score from 7.0 or equivalent, no certificate is required.
Proficiency with CapCut, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.

JOB DESCRIPTION
People & Operations Executive will undertake a wide range of People department tasks, like ensuring compliance and organizational reporting are accurate, and acting as the main point of contact for employees' queries. You will lead all talent acquisition efforts, organizational training, administer employee benefits and leave of absence.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (50%)
Understand deeply the actual organizational structure of all departments in the company as well as the headcount of each department.
Establish and execute culturally appropriate talent recruitment campaigns
Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle for different types of positions (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates).
Employee Experience (40%)
Keep track of and analyze People metrics (e.g. Performance, Habit tracking,...).
Research, propose ideas and execute develop applications (automated workflow...)
Modernize and optimize HR systems, including payroll and applicant-tracking software and implementing automation and workflows for a more seamless employee experience
Execute and operate cross-cultural programs, events to engage employees, and bring core values into the life of PATI
Treat employees as internal customers and increase their satisfaction.
Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.
Managing the employee journey from beginning to end.
Others (10%)
Perform other administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:
Have more than 1 year experience in the People & Culture department (HR department)
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and leadership skills
Be a humorous and detail-oriented person

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Planning & Replenishment Staff to bring the conceptual drawings of the Packaging Designer to reality. This person will work with manufacturing partners, packaging suppliers to ensure the production of the final product according to the plan. They will coordinate with the Packaging Designer and Marketing team to ensure the quality of the final product.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the progress of orders with manufacturing partners, packaging suppliers, and label suppliers.
Search for and develop additional suppliers, packaging partners, and label partners. Contact, negotiate, and communicate with suppliers and factories regarding pricing and quality.
Control the inventory of packaging and labels to balance with production plans.
Coordinate with the product development department to work with functional food manufacturing factories, meeting requirements for product quality, cost, and timeline.
Consolidate data and report on the progress of customer orders, report on the quantity of finished products, inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in procurement and supply, with a focus on packaging, printing, or supplement manufacturing companies
Preferred experience includes placing orders, inventory balancing, and price negotiation with global suppliers on platform such as Alibaba, Thomas Net, or LinkedIn.
Knowledge of printing materials such as paper, plastic, and glass is required
The ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on the information available
Being adaptable and able to navigate through various scenarios and adjust plans as needed
Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.
A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, can run at least 20km/week.
