What'll you be doing
Performing game design tasks as assigned by senior/lead game designers or producers
Reviewing competitive products to generate new ideas
Balancing and adjusting gameplay experiences to ensure the success of the product
Overseeing gameplay testing to ensure intended gaming experience and adherence to original vision
Determining supplementary "virtual features" such as currency, shop items, menu design, and audio direction
Defining meta, monetization, and retention strategies for the games
Conducting regular design reviews throughout the game development process
Checking, assigning, and possibly fixing bugs related to gameplay or feedback from other stakeholders
Developing and maintaining high quality design documentation, including mechanics, story, menu flow, layout design, functional description, and guidelines
Creating and managing documentation, production schedules, prototyping goals, and communication plans in collaboration with production staff

Yêu cầu công việc

What we look for in you
At least 1 year of experience in a game designer role
Good understanding of the market and target audience for mobile video games
Strong passion for video games and solid understanding of game design, including mechanics, level design, and UI/UX
Good communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to adapt quickly to change and work well under pressure
Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
Ability to work well alone and in a team, and cooperate with team members to provide support
Nice to have
Basic programming knowledge and basic drawing/3D design skills
Good understanding of business models, monetization psychology, and monetization strategy
Solid understanding of retention strategy
Good understanding of the capabilities and benefits of different mobile devices and platforms, as well as relevant software technologies and techniques
