RESPONSIBILITIES
He/she will have an end-to-end responsibility to lead, plan, execute, and evaluate all client's digital marketing campaigns and social media initiatives in SEA.
He/she will lead and expand the digital sales & marketing team and support talent recruitment to strengthen its capabilities.
Manage, develop and implement marketing strategies which will support our strategic goals
Prepare a wide range of innovative marketing, communications, advertising and media collateral for diverse audiences and channels
Drive and deliver communication/marketing outcomes to meet strategic goals
Build and manage the organization's social media profile and presence
Promote additional projects to support new product launches
Build long-term relationships with media influencers
Appropriately manage the organization's media budget
Formulate a realistic business plan and regularly review and re-evaluate RFOX Media's performance against agreed goals and objective
Develop and execute a client lead growth strategy across RedFOX Labs using in-depth knowledge of e-commerce, media, marketing and performance
Take ownership of and run the P&L with full accountability in bottom and top line results and reporting
Drive the commercial strategy and pricing across all digital disciplines and ensure competitor pricing versus industry players
Identify emerging industry and product trends early on and transform them into winning products
Manage relationships with technology vendors such as Oracle, Google, Salesforce and others.
Oversee the development and implementation of various marketing activities which includes Marketing Calendar implementation, content creation, social media management, branding and website designs across RedFOX Labs
Manage the brand assets, communications and marketing timelines across the ventures.
REQUIREMENTS
Should have a strong background in management, managing remote workers and driving successful teams including managing team morale
Must possess a background that is creative and preferably have experience in working for a digital, design, brand or advertising agency.
Proven experience in driving successful teams including managing team morale
Proven sales management experience
Strong customer focus
Strong knowledge of business practices and methodologies.
Self-starter, autonomous, reliable
5 years' minimum experience as a Senior Manager or similar role in house role
The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
A strong digital background with proven abilities
Ability to lead and develop the team's digital space in executing strategy
Work well and effectively with clients, team members and other departments
A people-person, who is empathetic, instinctive and a good networker
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Team player
Innovation skill
