Mô tả công việc

Plan, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of maintenance staff responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining of the plant including wastewater treatment system, repair and installation of all electronic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical equipment, forklift, glue applicators and related facilities.
Establish, develop and monitor maintenance programs (which include inspection & monitoring) for electric, mechanical equipment & system.
Monitor, evaluate and preparing the plant systems, for anomalies and deficiencies, and make recommendations to repair equipment and supplies or upgrade as needed.,
Prepare technical repair work scopes for electric equipment & system, testing and/or modification in line with OEM recommended practices, common industry standards and company procedures to ensure that the Management of Change is in place to appropriately manage modifications in all maintenance solutions.
Overseeing application and interpretation of Vietnamese electrical codes and other applicable codes, standards and related legislation (including common industry standards, electrical, calibration, etc).
Participate in the selection of plant maintenance staff; provide or coordinate staff training
Participate in the preparation and administration of the plant maintenance program budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures.
Perform related duties as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's OR collegedegree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
English communication (equivalent IELTS 5.0)
Min 4 year's working experience
Must have working knowledge of electrical equipment and systems such as transformer, switchgear & MCC, UPS, EDG, motor, lighting & small power, earthing & lightning protection, cathodic protection, etc.
Working location: No.18, Street 23, VSIP 2A Industrial Park, Vinh Tan, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong
Familiar with electrical drawings and documents such as single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, schematics diagrams, equipment layouts, cabling layouts, earthing layouts, etc.
Knowledgeable with the local and international codes & standards such as TCVN, IEC, ISO, etc is preferable
Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
