About The Role
Glints is seeking a target-driven and strategic (Senior) Business Development Executive to join our team, to expand our business not only in Vietnam but to South East Asia. You will be at the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base. The mission of this role is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop a business development strategy focusing on Vietnam as well as strategies to penetrate the Southeast Asia market.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate high stakes contract which leads to complex deals closure
Strengthen our fast-growing South East Asia team
REQUIREMENTS
Who We Are Looking For
Sales/Business Development professional with 2-5 years of experience in relevant roles.
Good English skills in business communication
Proactive and independent: able to work and come up with their ideas.
Strategic: able to see beyond the current step and identify opportunities for growth.
Target-oriented: committed to achieving goals ethically and efficiently.
Quick learner: able to quickly adopt new strategies and approaches without ego
Skilled negotiator: able to close complex deals and solve problems effectively.
Well-versed in the psychology of sales: comfortable negotiating high-stakes contracts and renegotiating existing ones.
Relationship-builder: able to develop authentic relationships quickly and build long-term trust with customers and stakeholders.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team, to help build a world-class team at Glints by acquiring and attracting exceptional A-players.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and drive quality hires in a timely manner
Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process
Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process
REQUIREMENTS
Who We Are Looking For
Min 2 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment, or any related fields
Good command of both English and Vietnamese (conversational and written)
Passionate about people and recruitment
Target-driven, but with a focus on quality
Organised and able to handle multiple streams of work
Adaptable and able to learn quickly
Agile and versatile; able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
