About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainees to support our operations remotely in Vietnam. The role involves collecting and analyzing information from various solar cell factories and providing critical insights to our team. Candidates will work remotely and receive task assignments and guidance through phone calls and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Information Gathering: Visit solar cell manufacturing factories to collect key technical and operational data.
• Data Reporting: Document and relay information accurately to the team through regular reports and updates.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with the team to understand assigned tasks and report progress.
• Market Insights: Analyze and provide insights into factory capabilities, technologies, and processes.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges during data collection and propose solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical practices while representing the organization.
