Designer is a creative force responsible for visually translating the brand identity of Lancaster Legacy into compelling and effective design solutions. This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final execution, ensuring all materials meet the highest standards of luxury, quality, and brand consistency across both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to: digital assets (social media graphics, web banners, email templates), print collateral (brochures, flyers, menus, signage), promotional items, and presentations.
Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve the visual identity of Lancaster Legacy. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palette, imagery, and overall tone.
Project Management: Manage design projects from brief to delivery, including timeline estimation, asset preparation, and coordination with printers or external vendors when necessary.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and F&B teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives. Provide design support to other departments as needed.
Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies, particularly within the luxury hospitality sector, to ensure our visual communication remains fresh and competitive.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the hospitality, luxury retail, or agency sector.
An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, visual design skills, and mastery of layout, typography, and color theory.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory. Basic knowledge of video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or UI/UX principles is a significant advantage.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
