Job Description:
Product Visual and Interaction Design
• Responsible for the company's proprietary e-commerce products, delivering high-fidelity interactive prototypes, interface visuals, and design specifications.
• Deeply involve in product requirement discussions, providing professional suggestions from user experience (UX) and visual perspectives to optimize product flows and interface interactions.
• Ensure design consistency and experience continuity across product interfaces, brand stores, and short video content.
E-commerce Marketing Visual Design
• Lead the overall visual identity of stores and campaign-specific designs on e-commerce platforms.
• Produce all marketing materials, including main images, detail pages, banners, campaign pages, and packaging; iterate and optimize based on data to enhance conversion rates.
Short Video Content Production
• Planning and Filming: Independently handle creative planning, scriptwriting, and on-site directing, including product reviews, tutorials,and narrative short films.
• Editing and Packaging: Responsible for post-production editing, color grading, sound effects, subtitling, and visual effects (VFX) to ensure content aligns with platform aesthetics and has high shareability.
Brand Visual System Maintenance and Innovation
• Establish and maintain a "three-in-one" brand visual design system covering product interfaces, e-commerce visuals, and video styles.
• Explore and apply new visual forms (such as 3D, motion design, AI tools) to continuously enhance brand competitiveness.
Yêu cầu
Technical Skills and Tools
• Product Design Tools: Proficient in Figma (primary) or Sketch and Adobe XD; capable of creating interactive prototypes and design component libraries.
• Graphic and Video Tools: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/CapCut (Pro), and After Effects.
• Preferred Tools: Familiarity with Cinema 4D/Blender (3D), Principle/ProtoPie (motion), DaVinci (color grading), and understanding of AI tools like Midjourney/Stable Diffusion.
Core Competencies
• Full-stack Design Capability: Possess end-to-end visual production and control capabilities from "Product UI → Marketing Visuals → Video Content".
• UX Mindset: Ability to design clear and smooth interaction flows from a user perspective, rather than just aesthetic enhancement.
• Data-driven and Business Acumen: Understand core e-commerce metrics (GMV, CR, CTR) and content metrics (retention, engagement) to effectively drive business growth through design.
• Project Management and Communication: Efficiently manage multi-threaded tasks, clearly express design concepts, and collaborate closely with product, operations, and development teams.
Other requirements
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Graphic
designer in the E-Commerce industry.
• Native Vietnamese speaker; Fluent in English or Chinese (Chinese-speaking candidates preferred).
