[Hanoi] Expansion Supervisor (Giám Sát Mở Rộng Mạng Lưới)

• Monitor the assigned area performance through initiating KPIs and providing measurement of "effectiveness and efficiency", timeline and forecast/prediction dashboard relating to on-going / planning projects on a regular basis.
• Maintain a possitive work atmosphere by performance and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with co-workers, and management and Partners
• Oversee the needs of function/business to improve personal skills to be ready for higher requirement in the future.
• Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities
• Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism
• Analytical & negotiation skills, present ideas effectively and deliver presentations
• Self-motivated and empower others to achieve objectives and to develop a culture where employees feel ownership in what they do, attract, develop, and retain good people; allow opportunities for self and others to reach their full potential.
• Two years or more working experience in services-oriented operation environment, express industry or logistics operations or Sales and business deverlopment
• Bachelor degree
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
