JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our employer branding and internal communication initiatives under guidelines and coaching from the Head of HR:
Assist with developing and implementing internal communication strategies and plans that engage employees and align them with the company's vision, mission, and values.
Create and manage content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, videos,
Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing employer branding strategies that attract top talent to the company.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
