JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU WILL LOVE DOING
Recruitment and Company Branding:
• Develop and manage effective recruitment processes and tools.
• Update job requirements, job descriptions for all positions.
• Build up HR networks, industry networks and suitable channels for recruitment.
• Approach potential candidates and attend interviews.
• Build up corporate branding among IT fields by managing company website, fanpage.
• Organize and support recruitment programs/events.
Staff Relation:
• Establish, develop and maintain HR policies.
• Be involved in staff orientation, training and career development.
• Build company culture, plan for employee outings and all kinds of events in the company.
• Administer employment contracts.
• Manage employment database and filing documents.
• Bridge management and employees by addressing demand, grievances or other issues.
• Report to HRM and provide support for management decisions through HR metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
• At least 1 year of experience in Tech recruitment.
• Proficient in IT sourcing with expertise in recruiting for various positions in software development.
• Well-organized, adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving,
• Good interpersonal, planning, analytic skills.
• Demonstrates a pro-active, positive-thinking approach, CAN-DO attitude.
• Can communicate well in English (directly with foreigners).
• Displays creativity in generating ideas and flexibility in handling unforeseen situations.
Nice to have
• Experience working in MNC working environment.
• Experienced and a substantial database of .Net, Java, Angular candidates are highly advantages.
