Responsibilities:
Support
senior by communication with customer/ partner to collect documents
Compiling,
verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer
entry
Reviewing
data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking
output
Establish
a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of
our products and services
Serve
as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while
identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting
them
Communicate
effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to
understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate
learnings
Maintain
existing customer success metrics and data as directed
Shadow
multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
Other
task to support company requirement
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
or undergraduate in Finance or Business, can work fulltime is a plus.
Fast-paced,
smart, reliable, proactive. Self-starter and eager to learn.
Prior professional
experience are a plus.
Positive
attitude and self-motivated
Analytical,
with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with
flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative
environment
Ability to
speak fluently in both Vietnamese and English, as the role requires the
incumbent to interact and communicate with Vietnamese-speaking clients
