The Job:
Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Review and input invoices into an accounting system
Prepare and plan the payment for vendors
Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
Secure financial information by completing database backups.
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Requirements:
3 years working experience in accounting
Working experience in e-commerce companies is a plus
Experience with Quickbook Software is a plus
Understanding US accounting system and US law is a plus
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Strong Microsoft Office skills. Advanced Excel skills are a plus
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to changes in a fast growing environment
A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
