We are looking for an Office Admin who is able to guarantee the availability and quality of administrative services and office operation to ensure the satisfaction of teammates, build a good relationship with members and bring positive values to our companies.
Administration:
• Ensure that the office is physically organized and that employees have all supplies necessary to conduct business;
• Liaise with building management for any issues or requests;
• Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and facilities and order repair as necessary;
• Manage delivery of kitchen and office supplies/food;
• Maintain and update office seating arrangement and map as necessary;
• Organize Company Events and internal activities to enhance employee engagement;
• Administrating Fanpage, internal channels to PR about working environment;
• Implement events/activities in employer branding;
• Handling Petty Cash; ensuring the accuracy of cash transactions; maintaining accurate records;
• Claim petty cash & report expenses; Filing invoice, contract and other related document;
• Other business duties as necessary.
HR Assistance:
• Contact candidates for interview arrangement as assigned list;
• Post Job openings on recruitment websites;
• Support HR team on documentary tasks;
• Support work permit, temporary residence card, working visa;
• Employee Benefit Administration;
• Others tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Ability to create content ideas. Creative, good use of design tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills
• Detailed and well-organized
• Fluent in English
• "Can-Do" attitude
