Main Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding procedures for new employees (e.g., document collection, system entry).
Help coordinate monthly payroll processes: collect working hours, follow up with employees on timesheet confirmation, check payroll, and send payslips.
Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payslips, insurance, and benefits.
Scan, file, and store employee documents in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
Participate in cross-functional projects or other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive & responsible.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work independently when needed.
