We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Intern to support the running and growth of digital campaigns that create meaningful impact. You'll get hands-on experience with campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting, while learning how to use data to drive better results.

digital marketing can be used not just for clicks, but for real social good.This question is required.
Assist in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Analyze and manage the performance of social media content, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Track and report on the North Star metric to measure the success of campaigns and projects.
Support in audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and A/B testing for better engagement.
Collaborate with the team to improve project performance through data-driven decision-making.
Assist in volunteer engagement initiatives by analyzing participation data and suggesting improvements.
Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

You're currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to find patterns and insights.
Basic knowledge of performance marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or YouTube Ads is a plus-but not required!
You enjoy social media analytics and content performance tracking.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail come naturally to you.
You thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment and love problem-solving.
Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and driving engagement.
