JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Description
Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting the company and its investments.
Draft the first copy of legal documents.
Conduct all initial research, regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice and provide information to Legal Counsels.
The study proposed and existing legislation related to the operations of the company.
Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office.
Assist legal counsels to organize all legal documents, document filing, gather necessary documents and information to begin building a case.
Other duties as assigned
2. Working Hours:
Working hours are currently 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday
One hour is allowed for lunch basically from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
3. Working Location: 8th Floor, Pearl 5 Tower, 5 Le Quy Don St., Xuan Hoa Ward, (Dist. 3 old), HCMC.
REQUIREMENTS
4. Job Requirements
Graduated students or 4th-year students from good Vietnamese law universities, or major in Legal
Legal intern experience preferred but not required
Ability to do legal research, work with government authorities, good in formatting, writing
Ability to read and write English
Duration Intern: minimum 3 months
