Internal Communication:
Drive the communication processes and timetable for change management, leading stakeholders through the steps to ensure timely, impactful communication to increase awareness and mitigate concern.
Make sure news is active on all social media channels.
Create an internal communications strategy to keep employees aligned and connected to Ahamove's mission and vision.
Employee Experiences:
Build ideas and plans to organize internal engagement programs.
Plan internal communication campaigns to meet the different requirements of each program.
Execute, coordinate, and collaborate with departments to implement projects.
Assist in employee engagement projects and internal events.
Learning and Development:
Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
Develop unique training programs to fulfill workers' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Assess training materials prepared by instructors.

At least 2 years in a similar position (experience in technology companies: On-demand, eCommerce is a plus);
Experience setting KPIs for measuring the success of social media strategies and reporting on success;
Having strong skills in creating content, independently raising ideas for internal and external events;
Writing compelling copy and crafting messages for an internal audience;
Building and managing positive relationships with stakeholders;
Project management and developing systems to improve efficiency;
Problem-solving skills: giving and receiving feedback;
Understanding and appraising the benefits of current digital communications and technology.
