JOB DESCRIPTION
What You Will Do
Assist team to work with Planning, Creative, Creator Growth departments to develop plans & proposals
Support research & propose influencer quotations for campaigns.
Support team in the execution stage & manage campaign performance with good outcomes for the team.
Support to update Influencer List on the platform to track actively.
Support team members to keep track of KOL data performance.
Prepare report, liquidation, and payment for Influencer
REQUIREMENTS
Who You Are
Bachelor Degree is required
Preferably with related experience in digital marketing/influencer marketing
Highly motivated and object-oriented, self-started
Need to be social-savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
Good at communication/negotiation/presentation skill.
Fluency in spoken and written English

Having a strong sensibility of typography, color, and page layout, and a sharp eye for detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION
What You Will Do
Be responsible for providing information and supervising outsourcing suppliers (office leasing, office sanitation, drinks, ...)
Make report of working time - report of holidays and asset management
Arrange all business trips, All-hands meeting, boot-camp trip for employees verifying travel request approvals (including air ticket, hotel, visa, transportation, etc.), and process payments for vendors
Act as the contact point in the front office to welcome guest
Be responsible for supporting the expats with necessary papers with the government: visa, work permit, TRC.
Register parking card for newcomers and make report regarding parking fee
Consolidate and verify Company taxi, phone, electricity bills and process payment to suppliers
Be a person in charge of internal events organization: birthday, TGIF, monthly activities, etc.
Support the C&B Team in on-boarding, termination process, local authorities paperwork submission as request
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee's personal profile
Perform other tasks required by Sr. HRM and C&B Senior Executive
Support the departments as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Who You Are
A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Admin.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Excellent communication skills
