Join our Talent Acquisition team to make this happen. As the Talent Acquisition intern, you will start your career as reliable recruitment partner and provide support in diverse of sourcing strategy, selection and hiring and recruitment marketing nature, including but not limited to:
Participate with teams meetings to understand the job requirements and design the variety of advertising materials for all hiring levels, posting internship/ fresh graduate jobs on Ybox, [protected info], respective Facebook pages/ college forums
Support the selection and hiring process to ensure the end to end hiring process is in line with Intel's standards
Support to build plans and execution of recruitment awareness campaigns including events, social media contents, collaterals productions, data management
Involve in campus/ hiring activities such as career day, job fair, factory tours, hiring events, networking events to build Intel's employer branding and marketing strategies
Expected internship duration: 6 months at minimum (at least 3 full days at work per week, Mon to Fri).
Can be extended to 8-12 months if candidates are available. Details to be discussed during interviews.
Qualifications
Student in 3rd or 4th year at Vietnam universities or college with strong passion Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing activities (still have at least 6 months until graduation)
Strong communication in English
Savvy digital design through online social media, multimedia application software (Illustrator, Photoshop, flash, video making and editing, etc.) is a plus
Internship experiences or past extra curriculum activities in content creation, event organization, employer branding, social media campaigns would be a plus
Influencing networking with appealing story-telling and written content
Responsible and can-do attitude
