Job Description
Deliver Seed Care sales in line with budget and growth aspirations
Set and implement country portfolio direction and brand strategy for Seed Care consistent with Crop / Indication and Key Account strategies and enable profitable market share growth
Develop Seed Care planning and forecasting over 5 years in the territory in line with crop, asset and Key Account aspirations.
Develop and monitor market intelligence, bringing in customer insight into country Strategy and Brand Plans
Develop and drive implementation of product strategies (NPI and PLCM/PPD) including target segment identification, (re-)positioning, rejuvenation, value and transactional pricing.
Set and implement country portfolio direction and brand strategy for Seed Care consistent with Crop / Indication and Key Account strategies and enable profitable market share growth
Act as a contact point for Territory functions on Seed Care strategy and portfolio-related matters for alignment
Lead specific projects that are dedicated to Seed Care.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture
Strong interpersonal and partnering skills.
Ability to work with local Authorities and Scientists.
Problem solving abilities and way to handling problems.
Work independent and under high pressure and accept to move.
Anticipates changes in the market and adjusts strategies accordingly
Strategic and Analytical thinking
Speak Fluent English
Communication, influencing and presentation skills Persuasive leader with ability to take quick decision
