· Understand and maintain a clean inquiry
Record in system, including class management, CRM and customer communication
system
· Input student enrollment information in
system
· Maintain update-to-date course enrollment
information in system
· Understand the curriculum
· Work closely with academic team to
provide students and their parents good services
QUALIFICATIONS
AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate
Year 4 student or fresh graduates in Business Management, Information
Management
·
Be
able to speak English fluently, Mandarin is a plus, not priority
·
Have
good communication skills
·
Very
good computer skills
·
Willing
to learn
·
Fast
learner and eager to learn.
·
Flexible
working hours, willing to work when there are requests.
