JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
As an Education Counselor, you will focus on customer services, giving admission advices to the clients along with assisting in creating and applying an effective sales strategy, boosting the company's sale to the maximum as well with relevant administrative tasks included but not limited to further assignments from Line Manager.
The goal is to provide informative details of the programs, procedures and admission inquiries, also to drive sustainable sales boost and forging strong relationships with clients who are currently our key clients, parents and contractors.
Responsibilities
Client-minded, providing outstand services to both parents and students
Consult and convert potential lead sources to meet the final sales target
Counselling of prospective students and their families regarding oversea studying programs
Fulfill admission application, keep the clients updated on any headups from the institutions
Counselling and assistance of prospective students in entry visa application.
Post-Admissions works, as to update the clients database, documents management and Visa assistances
Provide good after sales service and maintain high parent/ student referral source
Support in promotional activities at local institutions and Glint Office
Active participating in team meetings, trainings and organized school visits to Glint Office
Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Skills And Experience
· Currently a university student or less than 2 years experience in customer services/education
· Excellent interpersonal verbal, reading and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
· Proficiency in Canva is a must
· Strong customer service approach
· Proven ability to provide accurate and accessible reports
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work co-operatively as a member of a team and to work with minimum supervision
· Time management and planning skills
