COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Vietnamese Language Studies (VLS), formerly known as Saigon Vietnamese Language School for Foreigners (SVLSF), was established in 1994 by Dr. Vo Xuan Trang as one of the very first Vietnamese language institutions in Ho Chi Minh City.
VLS specializes in teaching Vietnamese language and culture to students from all around the world. We take pride in having successfully trained thousands of students and partnered with multiple organizations and businesses for the past 25 years. Our success is owed to our belief in the continuous investment in the quality of our teaching methodology, course curricula and classroom infrastructure.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with the creation, conceptualization, and presentation of communication activities and other creative marketing programs relevant to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Execute social and community engagement initiatives across all marketing channels.
Work cohesively with team members and other operational teams to create compelling periodic and non-periodic online and offline marketing contents including texts, images, videos, etc. to grow company's footprint
Work with other team members to coordinate, build, cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, communities, industry professionals and business partners to drive cross-promotional activities and gain access to new, untapped customer segments.
Assist with event planning and execution including working with other team members, vendors, service providers, etc. to boost brand awareness and provide add-on services to customers.
Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements based on the insights gathered.
Liaise with other operational departments to identify clients' needs, drive demand, keep products and services up to date, recognize on-going and potential core issues and opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of various marketing channels, technologies, strategies, metrics, etc.
Excellent English communication skills
Information gathering and analyzing skills
Speed, flexibility and agility
Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working in team and simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
