a) Sales Strategy & Execution
Regularly set and monitor targets related to sales activities, client engagement, and quality of service.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in customer segments and create specific plans to focus on country key accounts and A customers.
Ensure Salesforce usage in the country for assigned team and maintaining Salesforce as single source of truth on sales activity.
Coordinate national business initiatives and strategies, ensuring effective market penetration.
Implementation of corporate and country initiatives to foster team performance in direction of overall objective.
Adherence to process and directives and sharing feedback with relevant teams on any scope of improvement on current set up.
b) Market Analysis & Budget Management
Monitor and benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and profitability.
Manage and meet country sales targets and budgetary goals.
Work with product team to create solutions which can lead to country's local business growth.
Maintain a controlled account receivables by ensuring that the payments are received on time.
c) Client Engagement & Promotion
Lead market promotions and actively participate in sales to introduce the company's services.
Foster and manage relationships with overseas team and clients.
d) Leadership responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team towards achieving set targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
Recognize and nurture talent within the team, providing mentoring, training, and career development opportunities.
Support and challenge the team, ensuring continuous improvement and a collaborative environment.
Yêu cầu
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and sales leadership
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant sales and logistics software.
Fluent in English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
