You will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of best-in-class people strategies to support the organization in achieving its vision, mission and strategic goals.

You will oversee and grow our human resources capabilities across the company and its subsidiaries. You will represent our company, culture and global staff in the boardroom, at tradeshows, and more.

You love making relationships, using social media, and building amazing teams via relevant and motivating policies and compensation packages.

You understand how to put together performance-based compensation offers for executives and professional sales staff. You can build systems from the ground up and vet candidates expeditiously.

You're a strategic and innovative thinker who is able to translate strategy into operational and project plans. You have an ability to turn business and commercial goals into highly engaging and robust people strategies.



***Your Responsibilities:



Formulate, build, and evaluate global hiring standards, best practices, evaluation and reward systems, and retention strategies amongst regional offices and subsidiaries

Secure the highest quality applicants

Build an engaging global social media presence

Be informed and educated on multijurisdictional legal requirements relating to employment

Advise and guide executives regarding employment issues

Oversee HR budgeting process

Utilize internal and external resource systems to help and support employees

Be an active member of the executive team with a deep understanding of the business and its vision

Develop overarching people policy (with related systems and practices) that support our culture
