KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Need to learn, understand the safety risk at plant, then coporate with area owners (departments) to reduce the level of risk (Reduce no. of high/medium risk to low risk)
Keep the risk assessment file in bilangue (English_Vietnamese)
Build this position to be a backup source for HSE team
