This opportunity is suitable for candidates in Market Access/RSM/ASM/DM with experience in working with healthcare authorities and desire to maximize values for patients and doctors
1. The Mission
  • Healthcare is changing: Radical innovation, increased openness to change, increasing patient empowerment, multiple sources of medical information, and pressure on public spending. As a result of all this, the needs of our stakeholders continue to evolve.
  • The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) is an empowered leader and the local face of company working closely with system-level healthcare stakeholders such as policy makers, regulators, and payers
  • The HSP identifies shared purpose and value, co-creates solutions and co-implements them across ecosystems (the healthcare services and stakeholders that interact together in a community to address the needs of patients, including healthcare providers, payers, not-for-profit organizations, regulators, policy makers and industry), indirectly impacting outcomes for thousands of patients
  • By doing so the HSP will be directly accountable to challenge and shape the healthcare system in service of better health outcomes for more patients faster in a sustainable way to society.
2. Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • The HSP partners with healthcare system stakeholders to drive healthcare system innovation and unlock possibilities to deliver value for the ecosystem and society, increasing access to healthcare (e.g. facilities and treatment) for patients
  • As part of this, the HSP contributes to identifying, mapping, engaging and managing ecosystem stakeholders (i.e. develops strategic planning and leads the execution)
  • The HSP acts as a trusted partner and the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and company. She or he shares the stakeholder community vision and value internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster (e.g. patient support program, early access, improved Healthcare system quality, reimbursement, evidence generation, etc.)
  • The role is empowered to pull in expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed, including in collaboration with other PJPs, HSPs and other functional experts, in order to enable desired outcomes such as building treatment guidelines
  • The Healthcare System Partner lives the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model, acts as catalyst and coach externally and internally.
  • The HSP looks across the individual ecosystem and catalyzes our ability to see broader trends and patterns in healthcare systems. They need to bring outside insights into company to influence strategy AND to bring our expertise, science and knowledge out to the ecosystem

  • Ensuring compliance with Directives/SOPs and local regulations
  • Identifying, collecting and reporting any AE and/or other reportable event and forward any product quality complaint to pharmacovigilance/QA unit within timelines described in relevant SOPs.
  • Responding or triaging all unsolicited enquiries from customers on company's products, including both on-label and off-label enquiries.
Essential Accountabilities
  • Ensure that all travel and event management activities are in line with relevant Vietnamese regulations, the IFPMA, local pharma code and company's business principles and values
  • Be accountable for compliance to business ethics and regulations
  • Be responsible for all aspects of safety, health and environmental protection in the areas under control
  • Be responsible for reporting all available information of an adverse event within one business day of awareness.
  • Be responsible to report any suspected safety concern to Local Safety Responsible person within company and/or local authority timeline requirement
  • All employees are expected to practice high standards of compliance following Code of Conduct with both external and internal policies and regulations as well as participate and be involved in SHE initiatives within the Company.

4. Experiences, Knowledge and Qualifications
Skills & experience:
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare system, processes and governance in different levels of both government and private sectors (i.e MOH, SOH, insurance enterprises, etc.)
  • Excellent customer engagement and management skills
  • Leadership experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and customer experience excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • System thinker and deep listener
  • Ability to understand and leverage digital application/ system and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly desirable
  • Able to manage complex projects
  • Fluent in Vietnamese. Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader company's enterprise is highly desired.
  • Deep experience in agile ways of working is desired
  • Experience in access, KAM, regulatory is a plus
Knowledge
  • Understanding of healthcare policy, local regulation, and compliance
  • Understanding of company's present portfolio and future pipeline, such that they can work on future-based solutions, is desired
Qualifications:
  • University degree (scientific, healthcare or business degree), an advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is a plus.
  • Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
  • Preferred: Education in health policy
