Responsibilities

Design & monitor the brand packages to ensure the adoption & revenue
Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes.
Develop and execute against an Industry/cluster plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline
Coordinate with other departments (Campaign, Marketing, Business Development team) to deliver the KPIs
Track & identify the areas for improvement in terms of brand packages & brand investments
Responsible for data gathering, analysis, and initiatives tracking in support of the development/ adjustment of performance as well as investments.
Provide timely in-depth reports of performance

Qualifications

At least 5 years of work experience either in technology or consulting industry
Experience in program management
Strong communication skills, able to prepare, lead and present in meeting with partners
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person
Proven ability to leverage tools and processes to team efficiencies and measurable result
Solid analytic skill. Comfortable with synthesizing insights from a series of number
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
Excellent team player. Can work well with others and independently when needed
Bias for simplifying cross-team programs and documentation to make them easy to use for internal customers
