Key responsibility:
Be a member of the CEO Assistant Board, report directly to the CEO and work directly with the BOD of GHTK's Departments; have a strategic role as "an extended arm" of the CEO within different professional strengths: participating, contributing, and taking responsibility in projects development; research & develop new products or services; optimize and promote the efficiency of general operations towards increasing the quality of core delivery services.
Depending on qualifications, professional capacity and work experience, the candidate would take lead on one or more of the following roles:
I/ SCOPE OF POSITION:
1/ Business Growth:
- Have experience working in E-commerce industry is a plus: Participate and implement various solutions to promote business performance of online retailers;
- Have experience collaborating with big brands or big corporation in the field of: Partnerships, building potential customers, participating in building comprehensive and competitive service solutions to meet customers's need;
- Have experiences related to customer service: Design and implement improvements and quality standards to increasing customer experience and satisfaction.
2. Product Development:
- Participate in implementing & standardizing operation systems to set up new delivery products and services;
- Project management through utilizing comprehensive resources (human resources, warehouse, operating procedures,...) to ensure general operations for the projects or area of service.
II/PREFERRED:
- Have knowledge and experience working in large- scale organizations in related fields: Transportation, Logistics, E-commerce, Retails, F&B, ...;
- Have strengths and experiences in related fields: Business Growth, Product Development, etc. Ability to work directly with BOD or upper management level, decisions makers that affect changes to standards, processes, and business objectives.
- Ability to work independently or management skills to undertake appropriate tasks;
- Being open minded; working towards improvement, innovation and result oriented; ready for challenges;
- Have a desire to contribute and express yourself in accordance with our core values: Fast, Flexible, Friendly and ability to make use of data and technology at daily work.
