JOB DESCRIPTION
Actively source and engage with potential
clients (startups, product companies, and enterprises) across international
markets including the US, Europe, Australia, Asia
Lead initial discovery and client
consultations to understand business needs, pain points, and potential software
development opportunities
Serve as the main point of contact for
assigned client accounts - from onboarding, coordination, to long-term relationship
management
Collaborate with internal teams (PMs,
engineers, solution architects) to scope projects, prepare proposals, and
present tailored software solutions
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with
clients to ensure satisfaction, long-term cooperation, and continuous
upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Track and support the execution of contracts,
NDAs, MSAs, and other client-related documents
Maintain and update client records, CRM data,
and account health indicators
Work closely with the leadership team to
contribute to
business development strategy, sales playbooks, and market
expansion plans
Join international business trips (e.g.
Australia, UK, US) to meet clients, attend workshops, and represent NSC
Software in high-level discussions
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Languages, Information Technology, Software Programming or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Logical mind-set
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software technologies, NSC Software Company's products and services with can-do attitude
Must-have requirements:
Being fluent in English, at least 6.0 IELTS Speaking or equivalent
Hard-working Attitude
Being sharp, flexible, adaptable and quick-witted
Have strong ability to thrive in high-level environments
BENEFITS
Base Salary:
Freshers: 10 - 20 millions in monthly income (Negotiable, excluding commissions and incentives)
Experienced Candidates: 20 - 50 millions in monthly income (Negotiable, excluding commissions and incentives)
Total Income for Freshers:
After Year 1: 30 - 40 million in monthly income ( 400+ million in annual income)
After Year 2: 50+ million in monthly income ( 600+ million in annual income)
Attractive income for Experienced Candidates.
Oversea Business Trip to Western countries (Australia, Europe, US) at least once per year. Opportunities to relocate/work overseas 1-6 months/year.
