I. Position Summary:
This role is one contact point for the School of English & University Pathways (SEUP) which supports marketing activities and student recruitment processes from the point of generating first contact through to admissions.
This is an hourly position with an expected flexible working schedule from 20 to 40 hours per week.
II. Key Accountabilities:
A point of contact for delivery of accurate information to customers about the English programs (IELTS/Teen) and events at RMIT University
Assisting logistics preparation, administrative and program advising tasks before and after events
Copywriter: producing short writings for social posts and other promotion materials
Conducting market research, competitor analysis and social listening
Ensuring excellent levels of customer service
Managing CRM programs to record customers' information
Other related tasks as required
III. Requirements:
2nd year students forward are preferred
Careful, meticulous and hard working
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Teams platform, and Internet searching is an advantage
Effective time management skills
Demonstrated effective communication and commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
