Objective
Control data, build, develop, operate and improve management reporting systems on appropriate systems (DWH, KRM, OFSAA, BI...)
Key accountabilities (1)
1. Strictly comply with the Bank's labor regulations.
2. Daily data control on systems serving management reporting needs, ensuring data on daily, periodic, or unexpected administrative reports are accurate and timely, accurately reflect the business situation, as a basis for making business decisions.
3. Find the causes of deviations, potential errors in the related system - the basis for building management reports to give warnings, request modification and improvement with the Technology (IT) department to ensure data The data is always accurate, showing the right quality, ensuring that it is a common source of administrative data.
4. Participating in the application of the new system in building management reports, contributing to building a uniform management database, and at the same time directing other departments in the Array-Block to use and exploit data data on new systems.
5. Introduce new data mining methods, new processes, new processing flows for management reports to meet new analysis needs. At the same time, participate in analyzing and providing data processing solutions when a specialized system is put into operation.
6. Participate in collecting information and requests from users and analyzing business requirements (including new and changed requirements) to come up with preliminary solutions on the respective systems; Develop and maintain business/technical specification documents, and conduct development, requirements, and reporting on the system in the authorized partition.
7. Participate in building, improving, planning and updating (new) processes/instructions on business/reporting systems (new) according to the standards of the department's (new) systems. .
8. Conduct research, develop, build and automate management reports on suitable systems to meet the needs of business units as well as management departments of the bank. . Operate periodic reports and develop special reports as required by management.
9. Participate in building data structures, data processing flows on systems (DWH, KRM, OFSAA, MA tool...) to ensure the exploitation/operation/upgrading of systems and databases. management reporting is convenient and easy; at the same time ensure the synchronization of information between business systems - management reports.
10. Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, processes, internal guidelines and quality commitments (SLAs).

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Having a university degree or higher at a university in Economics, Finance, Banking or Information Technology. - Priority will be given to those who have experience, knowledge and skills in management reports, state bank statements or financial and banking accounting or banking and finance audits, reporting information systems. management reporting, report development. Job Purpose

- Actively manage personal performance indicators according to assigned target
- Proactively raise problems and difficulties that need support (if any) with managers to take remedial measures.
