Product Development Support
Assist in collecting and analyzing market data, customer insights, and competitor information to support product strategy and design.
Prepare product proposals, process flow documents, and communication materials for internal approvals.
Coordinate with Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams for product setup and change management.
Support in tracking product performance (sales, portfolio quality, profitability) and preparing regular reports.
Real Estate Project Analysis
Support data collection and preliminary assessment of real estate projects, including
developer background, project progress, and legal documentation.
Maintain and update the project database and approved project list.
Assist in preparing project review reports and presentations for management approval.
Business Development and Partnership Coordination
Assist in maintaining relationships with real estate developers and internal sales channels.
Prepare and track cooperation agreements, business plans, and implementation progress with branches.
Coordinate with related teams for marketing activities, product training, and sales support.
Operational and Administrative Support
Handle documentation, record keeping, and follow-up actions related to product launches, campaigns, and cross-departmental projects.
Support the preparation of performance reports, meeting materials, and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all assigned tasks.
