Mô tả công việc
A. Recruitment - 60%:
· Propose and implement recruitment ads on the website and social media (Joboko, Facebook fan page, groups on Facebook, LinkedIn,...), expand recruitment sources
· Manage and update data of candidates, potential candidates
· Track and make reports about the usage of recruitment packages, research and propose recruitment packages, and cost recruitment.
· Screen CVs and make sure HR Managers/Heads of departments have received them on time.
· Arrange and schedule an interview for HR Managers/Head of departments
· Notify results of interview for candidates
· Collect documents and input data of new employees after when they pass the interview and start onboard
· Make recruiting plans and reports weekly in month/quarter/year - Build up Recruitment Procedure
B. Other Admin & HR task - 40%:
· Introduce the new employee to all staff and organize an Orientation training meeting.
· Submit Visa/ Work Permit/ TRC for foreign staff
· Employee card/ Parking card (if needed) for new employee
· Cooperate with the Operation team to recruit and manage part-time employee schedule
· Build an internal network to improve employment relations, follow-up, update and resolve issues concerning union
· Plan and organize company internal activities: team building, parties, ...
· Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

o 2 - 3 years of experience in the HR&AD field is preferred
o Proficient in English
o Proficient in computer skills
o Strong communication and organizational skills, time management
o Have a positive attitude and willingness to take on new assignments.
o Independent and well-self-controlled with honesty and sincerity, responsibility.
o Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.
