Our client is aforeign-invested company, now looking for anHR & Admin Manager (Manufacturing, ID19459, 3000USD):
1. HR Operations & Compliance
Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with Vietnamese law and corporate standards.
Communicate and implement updated policies effectively across the factory and office.
Manage statutory compliance, including social insurance and PIT reporting to the Group.
2. Recruitment & Talent Development
Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially for engineering and managerial roles.
Develop annual manpower plans, oversee interviews, and manage onboarding programs.
Establish training and development programs to improve employee capability and engagement.
3. Compensation & Benefits Management
Oversee payroll, social insurance, and PIT processes, particularly for management-level employees.
Manage the eToken for insurance and tax submission.
Maintain full confidentiality of payroll data and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Coordinate with Finance to align payroll reporting with corporate requirements.
4. Performance Management & KPI Setting
Design and implement KPI systems for performance evaluation.
Work closely with department heads to define performance targets and monitor results.
5. Change Management & Integration
Support the integration of the newly acquired business into the Group's HR framework.
Guide local leaders and staff through change management and cultural alignment.
Act as a cultural bridge between Vietnam and the APAC HR team, fostering communication and collaboration.
Work with regional HR and leaders on talent and workforce initiatives, and provide local feedback to improve regional HR policies.
PreferredFemale, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an
HR Manager in Europe/US invested manufacturingcompanywith at least 300 employees.
Fluent in English
In-depth understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance, PIT, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
