Mô tả công việc

Support Leaders to be accountable and own the employee relationship to instil a constructive leadership style and culture
Coach and support Leaders in how to best lead, inspire and engage their teams daily along with driving key change initiatives as our business continues to transform
Support Leaders and HR team to establish resourcing and recruitment needs, including managing end to end recruitment and development of position descriptions. This includes support any restructures and change management activities
Provide advice, support and coaching on performance, employee relations, industrial relations and workplace investigations. This includes supporting Leaders with all disciplinary processes, documenting all people related issues and ensuring employment files are up to date (e.g., drafting of formal letters and filing)
Advise Leaders and HR team on Collective Agreements interpretation and participate in Collective Agreements strategy development
Manage the talent review process and calibration and support Leaders with workforce and succession planning. Ensure there is a strong talent pipeline across all positions
Work with the payroll team to ensure data integrity and people processes and processed accurately and on time
Work with Leaders to review, enhance, modernise and maintain local people policies and procedures
Provide 360-degree feedback sessions (as an accredited practitioner)
Ensure all HR processes, procedures, training material and programmes are aligned to the Asia Pacific region

Yêu cầu

Degree qualified in HR or Business
10 years plus experience as a Generalist HR practitioner, preferably in a blue-collar environment
Strong knowledge of Vietnam Industrial Law (Labor Code, HSWA, DPA, etc.)
Strong employee relations knowledge and experience including effective performance management, conflict and dispute resolution
Strong industrial relations knowledge and experience including interpreting and negotiating Collective Agreements and liaising with Unions
Experience in resourcing and recruitment including liaising with external recruitment agencies
Experience with workplace and succession planning, including conducting talent reviews
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, restructures and change management
Experience with HRIS (Workday experience is desirable) coupled with strong knowledge of payroll processes
Experience in conducting 360-degree feedback sessions is desirable
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio, Outlook etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English and Vietnamese
Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong effective relationships with business Leaders
