MAAS Edtech is seeking a professional and passionate Human Resources Executive to join our MAAS Team. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes.
JOB ROLE: Human Resources Executive
WORKPLACE: Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
INCOME RANGE: 8,000,000 VND - 10,000,000 VND
WORKING TIME: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment (50%): Perform mainly internal hiring process:
Draft job descriptions and requirements for each vacancy;
Source candidates via recruiting agencies, personal networks, and job online advertisements on social media, such as Facebook, Linkedin, job-posting websites, etc.;
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview, schedule interviews and direct interviews with HR Manager;
Responsible for verifying the background of the chosen candidates, collecting documentation for onboarding employees;
Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
Manage recruitment fanpages and build internal branding professionally;
C&B (20%)
Keeping track of time attendance, annual leave, and OT for internal employees;
Handling insurance-related issues;
Conduct follow up sections with HR Manager for annual employee evaluation to determine development plans;
Assist HR Manager to set up rules, tailor policies, and work processes to the company's operation;
Other HR - Admin tasks (30%)
Build strong relationships with HR manager to ensure that issues are resolved and requests are handled professionally and appropriately prioritized;
Conduct induction and orientation for newcomers by providing him/her information such as the company's background, activities, type of services policies, dress code, working hours, regulation, etc.;
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization;
Coordinate and support any events organized by HR Department;
Follow up the labor contract and update employee information;
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination;
Administer office expenses: conducting payments, purchasing items for the office, etc.;
Other duties as assigned from CEO and HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related;
At least 2-year experience in the HR field;
Fluent in English both verbal and written - IELTS English certificate is strongly preferred;
Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Good knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law;
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills;
Ability to motivate employees;
Good interpersonal communicate effectively & professionally;
Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude towards work;
Familiar with social media and other professional networks;
